Join me on this random burst of ADHD energy mid being sick! I tried my hand at making mozzarella and dare I say it turned out wonderful. Next time I think I will try to salt the actual curds before forming balls as I totally forgot. It was easily remedied by adding salt on top but it would have taken it to the next level for sure! not my usual sewing video but hopefully as interesting! This pattern is made of of 61 granny squares with roses in the center which you then join together and add ribbing to and you end up with this one-of-a-kind, colorful cardigan/jacket that's perfect for spring.
